ImportPeek is an independent review tool and is not affiliated with Shopify. It detects known file-structure and destructive-change risks, but does not guarantee commercial correctness or restore a store.

Your responsibility

Review every result, retain an original export, and confirm the final Shopify import. You remain responsible for catalog decisions and imports.

Billing

The free trial includes 3 completed comparisons within 7 days of your first completed check, subject to the displayed file, product, and row limits. No card is required and the trial does not automatically become a paid subscription.

If you choose a paid subscription, review its price, currency, billing interval, and total in Stripe Checkout before confirming. Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans charge for the year and renew annually until canceled. Review any applicable taxes or plan-change charges in checkout or the billing portal before confirmation.

Manage renewal through Dashboard → Billing. See cancellations and refund requests. Clearing browser data does not cancel billing. Account deletion is not a substitute for canceling an ongoing subscription.

Accounts and files

Use files you are authorized to process. Keep sign-in details private. Do not submit other people’s private information to support or attempt to bypass access and usage limits. Browser storage is not a backup. Large files may exceed your device’s memory even within plan limits.

Support and limitations

Support covers using ImportPeek and troubleshooting the app, not manual catalog cleanup, consulting, or Shopify store changes. No response time is guaranteed. Sample reports use example data, not customer testimonials or evidence of guaranteed results.
